We strive to provide high-quality communication devices and solutions. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return if:

  • The product is defective or damaged
  • The product received is incorrect
  • The product is unused and in original condition

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or activated
  • Products damaged due to improper handling
  • Customized or specially configured devices
  • Software licenses or digital services
  • Products returned without original packaging

SecureTEL reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective device, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Repair under warranty, or
  • Refund where applicable

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will provide return instructions
  4. Ship the product to the provided return address

Customers should not return products without prior authorization.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • SecureTEL is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.


6. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

Refunds may be adjusted if:

  • Items are returned damaged
  • Components are missing

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

If the replacement product has a price difference, additional payment or refund may apply.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, it must follow the standard return process.


9. Warranty Claims

Some SecureTEL devices include a limited manufacturer warranty.

If a product fails after the return period but within the warranty period, please submit a warranty claim through our support team.
